Policies and Disclaimers

Parties and Scope of Services:
This agreement is between Better Bullies (the service provider) and the client, who seeks dog training services. Services include personalized obedience training, behavioral modification, and educational support. -
Services Disclaimer:
Better Bullies provides training guidance and educational services only. Outcomes vary depending on each dog’s temperament, owner involvement, and environment. No guarantees of specific results are made. -
Health and Behavior Disclosure:
Clients must disclose their dog’s health status, vaccinations, and behavioral concerns before services begin. Failure to provide full disclosure may result in immediate termination of services. -
Scheduling & Cancellation Policy:
Appointments must be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Rescheduling or cancellations must occur 24 hours prior; otherwise, a 50% cancellation fee applies. -
Deposits:
A non-refundable deposit is required upon booking. Deposits secure your appointment slot and may only be refunded or credited at Better Bullies’ sole discretion. -
Liability Waiver:
Clients acknowledge that dog training involves inherent risks. Better Bullies, its trainers, and staff are not liable for any injuries or damages resulting from participation. Clients assume full responsibility for themselves, their dog, and any third parties. -
Owner Commitment:
Clients must actively participate in training, follow all trainer guidance, and maintain their dog’s health and safety. Non-compliance may result in immediate termination of services without refund. -
Fees and Payment Terms:
All fees must be paid prior to the service. Late payments will incur additional charges. No services will be rendered until full payment is received unless otherwise agreed in writing. -
Intellectual Property:
All training content, materials, and proprietary methods are owned by Better Bullies. Clients may not reproduce, distribute, or share these materials without written consent. -
Media Use:
Better Bullies may use photos or videos of clients and their dogs for marketing purposes, unless the client provides written notice otherwise. -
Health Emergencies:
In the event of a dog health emergency during training, clients authorize Better Bullies to seek veterinary care on their behalf, and clients agree to be responsible for any incurred expenses. -
Governing Law:
This agreement is governed by the laws of the state where Better Bullies operates. Any disputes shall be resolved in that jurisdiction’s courts.
